Which projects are in Dubai Creek Harbour?
Emaar's residential projects here, building by building: 27 already handed over on Creek Island and Creek Beach, and 17 off-plan projects scheduled between September 2027 and August 2030. Each has its handover date, its unit count and, where Emaar is still selling, the lowest price it listed.

Creek Waters
On the northern edge of Creek Island and the island's last residential tower to complete. One of the few projects in the community with 4-bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses on top of the usual 1 to 3 beds. Emaar listed no units in October 2026, so this is a resale purchase.

Valo
