Green Gate, Dubai Creek Harbour
Five off-plan towers east of the metro cluster (Silva, Albero, Altan, Lyvia, Montiva), scheduled for July to September 2029.
Green Gate is the name Emaar's interactive masterplan gives to a group of five towers on the eastern side of the community, past the cluster around the planned Blue Line station. None of them is built yet.
The projects are Altan and Lyvia by Palace (scheduled for July 2029), and Albero, Montiva by Vida and Silva (September 2029). Each has between 434 and 479 apartments in the DLD register, so together they add roughly 2,340 homes.
This is where the lowest developer prices in Dubai Creek Harbour were in October 2026: on 4 October Emaar listed units from AED 1.79m at Silva and from AED 1.81m at Altan and Albero. Silva and Lyvia also include a small number of 3-bedroom townhouses.
The trade-off is distance from the water. Green Gate sits inland, next to the elevated metro line and the main road, rather than on the Creek or the beach. Buyers here are paying for a newer building and a later payment schedule, not a waterfront address.
