Creek Haven and Creek Bay, Dubai Creek Harbour

Four off-plan towers on the Creek shore south of the island, next to the Ras Al Khor sanctuary, scheduled for 2030.

Creek Haven and Creek Bay are two neighbouring projects, two towers each, on the stretch of Creek shoreline south of Creek Island. The Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, with its flamingo lagoons, starts just beyond them.

DLD lists Creek Haven for March 2030 (593 apartments across Towers A and B) and Creek Bay for April 2030 (757 apartments). Both are 1 to 3 bedroom apartment buildings.

On 4 October 2026 Emaar still had units at both: from AED 2.72m at Creek Haven and AED 3.25m at Creek Bay. That is more than Green Gate, and the difference is the setting: these towers face the water and the sanctuary rather than the road and metro line.
