Creek Beach, Dubai Creek Harbour

Low- and mid-rise buildings around a 700 m urban beach on the Creek, with its own future metro stop.

Creek Beach is the district Emaar calls Dubai's first urban beach: 700 metres of sand on the Creek rather than the Gulf, with low- and mid-rise residential buildings set behind it.

Breeze launched the district in 2018. Sunset, Summer, Bayshore and Surf handed over in early 2023, Vida Residences Creek Beach in May 2023, Lotus and Orchid in October 2024, and Savanna, Cedar, Moor, Mangrove and Canopy in November 2025.

Buildings here are smaller than the island towers, which suits buyers who want fewer neighbours per lift and a beach in front of the building. Expect a more relaxed, residential feel and fewer skyline views than Creek Island.

North of the low-rises, across the main road, Emaar's masterplan groups a second, taller cluster under the Creek Beach name: Valo, Aeon, Oria, Arlo, Altus, Address Residences and Palace Residences Creek Blue, built around a planned Blue Line station. None of these is finished; DLD lists handovers from January 2028 (Valo) to March 2029 (Palace Residences Creek Blue).
